Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
To earn a designation, a REALTOR® real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry

Having lived and worked on the Eastside (I-90 Corridor) and greater Seattle area for over 40 years, she has been serving residents with their real estate needs for 30+ years, initially as their lender and now as their REALTOR®. As a lender, she was one of the initial FHA endorsed underwriters of appraisals & loans. She was the liaison between HUD and the lending institution's underwriters as HUD handed off the responsibilities to lenders. Her lending experience gives her an edge on lending restrictions on properties. With her past experience, she is able to guide buyers through the loan process. She is their Realtor® for Life, a guide and available resource throughout their home ownership.
Having involved with lending, she is particularly well versed with the short sale process, she has assisted home owners through the pre-foreclosure process by helping them market their home to get the maximum price to minimize their deficiency to the lender. Drawing from her forensic underwriting experience, she assists homeowners get out from under the burden of a mortgage loan that they didn't understand and could no longer handle. Her understanding of the whole mortgage business became very valuable in negotiating with the lien holders prior to any designations or special training was popular. She has been negotiating short sales since 1981. To her, home ownership is a dream and not a nightmare.
